Terms & Conditions

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 or older to apply for membership.  No one under the age of 18 is allowed as a guest between the hours of 10pm and 8am.  No one under the age of 15 is permitted with the exception of lessons in which the individual will be accompanied by an instructor. 

NO OUTDOOR SHOES: Remove outdoor shoes upon entry. 

CLEAN BALLS & CLUBS ONLY: Use only new, unmarked balls, or those provided at each sim bay.  No sharpies, logos, or scuffs. Wipe clubfaces clean before swinging. 

SWING SAFETY & DIRECTION: Only one person inside the hitting bay at a time; all others must stay back in the seating area. All shots must be played from the mat directly at the screen- no trick shots or “Happy Gilmores”.

NO SPIKES: no metal or soft spikes allowed. Clean, dry sneakers or spikeless golf shoes only. 

OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK WELCOME: Outside food and beverages are permitted, but must stay in the seating area, never inside the hitting bay or near electronics.

CLEAN AIR FACILITY: Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the facility or common areas, including restrooms.

LEAVE IT SPOTLESS: Dispose of all trash, cans and food boxes. Pick up your tees, return any facility owned gear to where you found it. Wipe down pub table. 

RESPECT THE CLOCK: Sessions end promptly at the end of your booking time. Be ready to turn over the simulator bay to the next group so they may begin their session on time. 

MEMBER PREFERENCE: Memberships are non-transferable. Primary member must be physically present at all times during any sessions under that memberships booking. 

PLAYER LIMITS: The max number of players at any one simulator bay is 4. All players must be paid members or guests. 

RESPECT THE COMMUNITY: Be mindful of neighboring bays. Keep volume, music and conduct at a level appropriate for a shared premium club environment. 

NOTICE: This facility is under 24/7 video surveillance. Compliance with these rules are strictly monitored to ensure a safe and premium club experience.  Failure to adhere to these rules may result in immediate loss of membership and future use of the facility as a member and/or a guest.

CANCELLATION: Excessive cancellations may terminate membership

TAILGATING: For the safety and security of the club and it’s members, do not allow people outside of your party into the facility.

PERSONAL EQUIPMENT: Members may choose to leave their equipment in the facility along the back wall, however this is at their own risk.  Latitude 61 Golf Club will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. 

BLACK OUT PERIODS: Latitued 61 Golf Club reserves the right to advance block dates, times and simulators for special events, such as tournaments, league play, or private events.
